Follow the 2026 candidates live games broadcast from the pgn4web live games app, designed for a minimalistic games display, unencumbered by pervasive engine scrutiny.
The pgn4web live games app is available from any web browser just opening the URL and saving a bookmark. The pgn4web live games app allows adding as a web app to most devices, using web browser's commands like "install page as app" or "add to home screen": this is particularly effective for mobile phone and tablet devices.
The pgn4web live games app shows all games from the ongoing round or from the last finished round, in the latter case with an indication when the next round is scheduled. Tapping on the dotted line shows the games list. Shortcut squares allow moving throughout the current game (A1 to H1) and switching to other games (A3 to H3). Similarly, swiping left/right across the chessboard allows moving throughout the game and swiping up/down across the chessboard loads the previous/next game. Clicking shortcut square H8 on a web browser shows details help.
Anyone following the 2026 candidates tournament with the pgn4web live games app, please email the pgn4web project with any feedback. Please also consider keeping the app for future live broadcast of major events.
